This position includes a 90-day probationary period to ensure mutual fit and performance alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

You will be compensated at a rate of $18.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis, plus 5% Recurring Monthly Commission and $50 per qualified appointment booked with us. Your expected work schedule will be approximately 25 hours per week to start, transitioning to full-time once training is completed.
